So what better way to prep than doing the very same thing as Miss Swift did to prep - running!


I’ve programmed 12 weeks of runs paired perfectly with playlists to see you through.


The playlists have been expertly curated to be the perfect tempo for each run to ensure we’re progressing as we go through the guide whilst also improving our pace.


By the end of the 12 weeks you’ll complete a half marathon whilst singing your heart out to the entire Red (Taylors Version) album - doesn’t even seem that long, right?!


The guide will come with tips on how to use the plan effectively, training nutrition and also the science of music and training. Because you know, I don’t do things by halves.


I’m aware this is totally niche, you’ve gotta be interested in running and also a Taylor fan to the point you want every single run to be soundtracked by only her music




This started as a plan to help improve my own pace and it bloody works.


And if there’s one thing I’ve learned from being a coach?


None of us are having unique experiences and if something helps one person, it’s likely to help others too!
